The specialists, of 80% are with middle titles, are adept in identifications of phytopathy, pests, weeds, and surveillance capability for the medical vectors.

Facilities

he laboratory, about 500 m², is made of quarantine sections of insect, nematode, weed and fungi; the medical vectors surveillance section and plant GMO section, where are equipped with Axioplan 2 imaging universal microscope, micro-biology analysis system, high-speed freezing centrifuges, ultra-low temperature freezer, ELISA micro-plate reader and well-wash machine, PCR multifunction electrophoresis instrument, refrigerator-incubator-cabinet, the biological Security cabinets and other powerful microscopes.
