Textile Laboratory
The laboratory, approved to establish by General administration of quality supervision, inspection and quarantine (AQSIQ), is professional on the detections for light industrial products. Following ISO/IEC17025, the lab provides government, enterprises, social institutions, as well as consumers with the comprehensive chain-services, including products detection/inspection, identification and further services, which is able to perform quality control inspections for series of products. Services categories cover from cardboard (paper product), metal material, toys, baby stroller, to furniture and wooden product. With the extending detection services, the lab has become the largest laboratory for light industrial product inspections in the Pearl River Delta region.
The laboratory is about 1000 m2, where is with the 80cm2 section of the highly precise constant temperature and humidity and the 100cm2 section of adjustable temperature and humidity conditions. The laborary has more than 100 sets of advanced equipments, which values several million RMB, including GC-MS, GC, HPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, atomic absorption spectrophotometer(AAS), automatic digital fabric wrinkle recovery tester, fabric inductive static tester, fabric water permeability tester, universal materials tester, KERMORE shrinkage tester, ATLAS launder-meter, WIRA fiber fineness meter,and many other instruments for textile fabrics test, James H.Heal sharp edge tester, sharp point tester,pushing and pulling force measurement gauges, torque meter, Mitutoyo thickness gauge, and GOTECH footwear testing instruments. The laboratory is with the condition of constant temperature and humidity, which is in line with the requirements of ISO, GB, JIS, ASTM, EN, BS, DIN and domestic standards of light industrial products for relative detecting and identification.

In accordance with GB6675, ISO6124, EN71, ST2002, ASTM-F963, provides detections on physical properties, combustion performance and Migration of chemical elements.
Following GB, ISO, ASTM, EN, BS and DIN, provides detections of moisture content, hardness, glue bond strength and tensile strength.
Compliant with the domestic and international compulsory requirements on toxic substances, performs detections of formaldehyde, Azo dyes, the preservative pentachlorophenol and harmful heavy metal for furniture, wooden product, floor, wall-paper, adhesives, paint, furniture leather product and material of furniture leather.
In line with the standards of UK, United States and China, provides upholstered furniture fireproofing testing.
In accordance with GB, ISO, SN, provides detections of Printing Performance, physical properties (including compressive resistance, bursting strength, piercing strength, bonding strength, edgewise crush resistance, gram weight, moisture content)for paper product.
In accordance with ISO8098, provides modeling test for bicycles (for young children), tricycles (for children), perambulators (for children), and walking frames (for children).
In accordance with GB, ISO, SN, provides strength index testing; in line with 1A and 2A detecting procedures of ISTA, performs compressive resistance testing, drop performance testing and Stacking testing for transport packages.
n accordance with GB standards, provides detections of physical properties for plastic film.
In accordance with GB standards, provides detections of physical properties (including tensile strength, elongation and bending testing), surface Rockwell hardness for metal material. In line with GB standards, provides detections of modulus of rupture, size and specification and water absorption for red bricks.
It can also provide authorized detection services for other light industrial products, such as stationery, consumable paper product and leather.
